Refund Policy

Our 30‑day money‑back guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with your Course. If for any reason it isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked, no forms to fill in.

How to request a refund

• Send an email to fdhbugk372@outlook.com from the address you used at checkout.
• Include the name of the Course and, if you have it, your order number.
• We will confirm your refund within 3 business days.

When you receive the money

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money usually appears in your account within 5–10 business days after we confirm the refund. We refund the full amount you paid.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded Course is closed. Materials downloaded from that Course may no longer be used.

After 30 days

Because the Courses are digital content that you can access immediately, we do not normally offer refunds after the 30‑day period. If you have a technical problem accessing a Course, or were charged twice by mistake, please contact us at any time and we will fix it or refund you.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country and does not limit them.
