1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Tetiana Nezhuryna, a private individual and the operator of fusionyoga.online (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data when you visit the Website, subscribe to our emails or buy a Course. Tetiana Nezhuryna is the controller of your personal data. Postal address: 46 Sokolovska Street, Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, 61040, Ukraine. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 2. What data we collect

• Purchase and account data: your name, email address, the Course you bought, the price, date and transaction reference.
• Payment data: payments are handled by a third‑party payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card and your country) but never your full card number.
• Newsletter data: your email address if you sign up for our free lesson and tips.
• Communications: the content of emails you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider in server logs.

We do not ask for health information. If you choose to tell us about a health condition in an email, we use it only to answer your question and do not share it.

3. Why we use your data

• To deliver the Courses you buy and give you access to them (performance of a contract).
• To process payments, refunds and keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
• To answer your questions and provide support (legitimate interest / contract).
• To send you our newsletter, only if you have subscribed (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to us.
• To keep the Website secure and working properly (legitimate interest).

4. Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Website, such as our hosting provider, payment provider, email delivery service and video hosting platform, and only to the extent needed for them to provide their services. We may disclose data where required by law.

You also have the right to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (the personal data protection authority in Ukraine) or to the data protection authority in your country of residence.

8. Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable technical measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure, so please keep your login details private.

9. Children

The Website and Courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
